1. What types of flooring do you supply?

We specialise in herringbone, laminate, and wood flooring, offering a wide selection of styles, finishes, and colours to suit both residential and commercial spaces.

2. Do you sell directly to the public?

Yes. While we supply to retailers and contractors, we also sell directly to homeowners who want to purchase flooring at wholesale prices.

3. How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days, subject to stock availability. For large or special orders, delivery may take a little longer. Full details can be found on our Delivery Information

4. Can I collect my order instead of delivery?

Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service from our warehouse by appointment. You can choose this option at checkout, and our team will arrange a suitable collection time.

5. What if my order arrives damaged?

All flooring is carefully packaged, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

6. Do you offer returns?

Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that custom or special-order products cannot be returned.

7. Can you help with installation?

While we don’t provide fitting services directly, we’re happy to offer advice and guidance. We can also recommend trusted contractors in certain areas – just ask our team.

8. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our flooring products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies depending on the product type. Please check the product description for details.

9. Do you ship outside of Ireland?

Yes, we can arrange shipping to the UK and Europe. Please contact us for a custom delivery quote before placing your order.
